I am writing this book because I know what its like...
For years, I was the calm one. The helpful one. The high achiever who knew how to win in almost any room... except the one inside my own chest.
I grew up in a space where emotions were either hidden or explosive. So I learned to stay neutral, composed, agreeable. It kept me safe, but it cost me my connection to self. Eventually, that disconnection showed up in ways I couldn’t ignore. I shut people out, avoided conflict, and carried guilt I didn’t have language for.
Until one moment cracked me open.
I found myself in a personal development seminar unsure why I’d even said yes.
But something happened in that room. I saw how much of my life was being lived on autopilot and that much of my behavior was just old protection wearing new clothes.
And I realized: if I wanted peace, I couldn’t keep performing my way toward it.
That was the beginning...
Since then, I’ve spent over 15 years helping high performers, founders, creatives, and leaders do what I had to learn the hard way:
How to come home to yourself.
How to listen to what your body has been trying to say.
How to feel safe letting go of who you had to be... so you can finally become who you really are.
